In residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial settings, Levy Building Sciences, (LBS) provide our clients with independent third-party building science related consulting services for mold & water damage, indoor air quality & indoor environmental quality, as well as industrial hygiene. Our home office is located in the Treasure Coast and we have satellite offices that allow us to service most of Florida.

Our highly experienced technical staff pride ourselves in providing detailed cost effective science based legally defensible assessments and reporting. LBS have a wide range clients that includes private parties, insurance carriers/adjusters, restoration and construction companies, attorneys, property managers, health care facilities, industrial facilities, and even support for other consulting firms.

All of our technical staff are certified and bound by the code ethics that is set forth by the American Council of Accredited Certification (www.acac.org) which is nationally recognized by the Council for Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards (www.cesb.org). In addition, our Occupational Health & Safety and Industrial Hygiene professionals are credentialed by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (www.ABIH.org). LBS are also members of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA www.iaqa.org) and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (www.AIHA.org)
